Irena Miller is a certified Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500 with the Yoga Alliance, and has been immersed in studying this path since 1996. She is certified in Anusara Yoga and influenced by Iyengar and Astanga yoga. She is known for her focus on applying yoga therapeutically through mindful movement. Classes focus on the biomechanics of each pose - working on alignment to create an easy flow. Her commitment to connect with each student and tailor the class to their needs is her trademark. Her intention is for us to be fully present so that we may experience the deep joy and peace available within us. Irena as a Reiki Master, also weaves energy work into each class to help aid students in their relaxation.
