The Enneagram – 9 Types of Being in the World

The Enneagram is a system that groups personality into 9 types. The wisdom of the Enneagram has ancient roots and draws from many of the world’s spiritual teachings. Ancient philosophy is combined with modern behavioral psychology to form a brilliant tool for both self-awareness and learning how to better work and play well with others.

Ancient Wisdom to Find Peace with Ourselves and Others

Come explore with us this ancient wisdom that reveals the unconscious beliefs and motivations that we develop in childhood as we learn to navigate our early relationships. These early belief patterns are like software still running in our lives as adults, even if they no longer serve us. Unlike other personality models that focus on behavior, the Enneagram reveals the emotional drivers behind behavior. Once we understand these drivers, we develop a deeper level of empathy for ourselves and others. People learn how to improve relationships, whether workmates, friends or family – they learn to forgive themselves and others once they understand the inner child’s motivations for the things we do and say.

Finding Paths for Empathy & Peace

Join others for a weekend retreat with interactive learning, self-reflection, storytelling, guided meditation, inner-child exploration, fun exercises, mindfulness and body centered movement to help us connect mind, body and heart.

Whether you are new to the Enneagram or you want to learn more ways to use the wisdom, this retreat is for anyone wanting a deeper empathy for self and others… helping us all lead happier lives, learning how to work, live and play better together.

You will leave with more self awareness and empathy for yourself and others!
