Hope Springs Institute is on a search for individuals interested in joining our staff!
We are so excited that our calendar for 2022 is booked- we only have 4 weekends available for the whole year!
However, that also means Hope Springs has to expand our staff to meet the needs of the groups we are serving.
We are in need of qualified cooks with commercial kitchen experience, as well as utility kitchen workers who are interested in learning more about the world of food!
We are also in need of housekeepers with skill in cleaning, bed making, and creating beautiful environments.
These jobs require predominantly weekend work, but may also call for weekday shifts as well.
Staff scheduling revolves around the Hope Springs Institute calendar, but shifts can be negotiated based upon qualified staff's availability.
Many people also do not know that each staff member gets to participate in a complementary program at Hope Springs every year they work with us!
If you or someone you know would love to join Hope Springs staff family please email a notification of interest and resume to victoria@hopespringsinstitute.org

Land Manager Chip prepares a bouquet harvested from the land for the Studio. All of our spaces are given fresh flowers before an incoming group. This is one of the ways our environment team creates loving and nurturing energy when participants arrive.
